Delete your account

Effective

You can delete your Honeyplan account and its data at any time, in the app or by asking us here. Honeyplan is developed by FABIO VF VANESSA BERGER TERAPEUTA LTDA.

Can’t open the app? Ask us here.

This prepares an email in your own email app, addressed to our privacy team. Send it from the email address you use to sign in, so we know the account is yours. Nothing is sent until you press send.

If you sign in with Apple and chose to hide your email, use the address Apple shows in Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple.

Delete it in the app

This is the fastest way. It takes effect immediately.

  1. Open Honeyplan and go to the Us tab.
  2. Tap your photo or initial at the top to open Profile and settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  4. Read what will be deleted, tap Continue, then Delete account to confirm.

Have Premium? Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions, or you may be charged again.

Ask us on the web

If you no longer have the app or can’t sign in, use the form above, or email privacy@honeyplan.app from your account’s email address. If you write from a different address, we will ask you to confirm with a one-time code sent to the account’s address before deleting anything.

We delete the account within 15 days of confirming the request and reply to tell you it’s done.

What is deleted

  • Your account, email address, name and profile photo.
  • Your sign-in links with Apple or Google, pending sign-in codes, sessions and push notification tokens.
  • Dates you marked only-me.
  • If you are the last person in your couple: the whole shared space, including transactions, bills, jars, sheets, notes, dates and time capsules with their photos.

If your partner is still in the couple

The shared space belongs to both of you, so it stays with your partner. Transactions, sheets, notes and other things you created there remain for them, but no longer show your name or photo. If you’d rather remove some of it first, delete those items in the app before deleting your account.

Delete some data, keep the account

You don’t have to delete your account to remove data:

  • Remove your photo in Profile and settings.
  • Delete any transaction, bill, jar, sheet, note or date in the app.
  • Leave the couple in Profile and settings to stop sharing with your partner. If you’re the last one, the shared space is deleted.
  • For anything else, write to privacy@honeyplan.app.
